Andrew “Andy” Galy has an extensive background in the financial industry covering over 30 years. He is currently the founder of AG BioLife Capital LP, and the Director of Investor Relations at COEPTIS, both starting in 2023. His extensive experience as a financial advisor spanned from 1990-2022 with several firms including ING Partners, AXA Advisors, and Cambridge Advisors. He has been instrumental in raising capital and consulting many private and public companies as well as servicing a large book of individual investor clients. In 2000, he helped start FBT Investments, an investment brokerage division of First Bank and Trust in New Orleans. Earlier in his career, he served as a Branch Manager at American Fronteer Financial, where he had joint roles as a registered representative and Regional Branch Manager.
Andy Galy graduated from Jesuit High School in New Orleans in 1984. Andy then went on to study at Louisiana State University, earning a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Zoology. He also played 4 years for the LSU Baseball team where he served as the team Captain his senior year. He was a member of the 1986 and 1987 World Series Teams at LSU, the first teams to make it to the College World Series in LSU school history.
Richard C. Weiner, COO
Mr. Weiner has served as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of several companies and has over 40 years of senior management experience in finance and operations with various corporations, including public and private financial management of start-up and turnaround companies.
He has proven abilities to provide critical thinking, identification of potential problems, development of viable alternatives, and implementation of cost-effective solutions. He has worked in various industries, such as manufacturing, software development and implementation, capital equipment, and acquisitions with strong regional players.
